1995 BMW M3 Coupe. Rare Daytona Violet with Black leather interior. This M3 is in exceptional condition and has been pampered since day one by its sole owner, a highly regarded BMW expert. This coupe was stored in a heated garage during its lifetime. Custom fitted seat covers have been on the car since new, and as a result the seats show like new. Both the exterior and interior are in great original condition, with no body work or accidents of any kind. Mechanically, this M3 is exceptional as well. A major service was just completed, and the oil and filter have been changed regularly every 3000 miles. 65k miles are shown on the odometer, reflecting when a factory replacement engine was installed, therefore the true mileage is unknown. Recent additional upgrades include a European 6-speed transmission, replacing the original 5-speed. At that time the clutch disc, throwout bearing, and driveshaft flex disc were also replaced. This factory SPECIAL ORDER CAR includes sunroof delete, on board computer delete, factory remote locks, and also features the very rare tilt steering column. Additionally, European factory rotors and Euro headlight assemblies have been installed, as well as a performance air filter and Borla stainless steel exhaust. Driving the vehicle, the fastidious ownership is even more apparent. The usual squeaks and rattles of the E36 series M3 are nowhere to be found. Steering is tight and direct, with no play side to side. Shifting is smooth and precise, and there is no binding of the shifter on the 5th/6th gear side. The suspension is firm and noise free, and the car tracks very straight. All interior surfaces are in great detailed condition, and have clearly been properly maintained throughout the years.
