The Z8 was the Henrik Fisker designed tribute to the famed BMW 507. This low mileage 2001 BMW Z8 has been meticulously maintained and includes all service records. Its Classic sports car lines are finished in Titanium Silver and feature the long-hood/short-deck profile. Integrated xenon high-intensity-discharge headlights are installed, along with neon turn signals and brake lights. Zero-to-60 comes in a quick 4.7 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph. All this power rides on an aluminum Space Frame chassis that is both stiff and lighter in weight than a comparable steel frame. A multi-link rear suspension, similar to the one used in the 7 Series, controls rear wheel movement while a strut-type front suspension directs the Z8 and provides excellent driver feedback. Antilock brakes, dynamic skid control (DSC) and electronic brake distribution further contribute to the Z8's sense of security. The factory authorized Performance Package including a Strut Brace, Reinforced Front Strut Towers and new clear headlight covers were dealer installed. BMW positioned the Z8 in the same league as the Aston Martin DB7, Ferrari 360 Modena and Mercedes-Benz SL600.
